    Hello, Doug!

Replying to a message of Doug Hood to Sean Dennis:

ViaMail works great on Warp3/LANtastic right now,
but I sure had fits with it on WSeB and SIO2k.

I have heard really, really bad things about SIO2K. I
know someone who even registered it and disliked it so
much, he went back to 1.60d!

I haven't registered it yet, but I think I probably will.
Ray gets hero points with me for all he's enabled me to
accomplish so far. I really like the concepts behind SIO2k
and would really like to encourage him to continue
    developing the product.

One of the features I've been wanting for Vmodem is to have
it revolve the "serial ports" it hits rather than just
starting with Com1 and then going to Com2 when Com1 is
busy. I'd really like it to start with Com6 some of the
time and then just grab available ports at random for the
next incoming telnet session. That'd tend to wake up my
    VDMs more frequently.

Anyway, if you don't send money, you don't get more
development, it's one of the rules. :-)

    Smiley

    Very true. :)
