    SCiNet was dropped awhile ago.. someone tried to ressurect it but it ended up being too much effort so he just let the network die .. which sucked cuz it used to be a cool network, but then when netsurge dissapeared from the planet (still have no idea what happened, there has been no news anywhere) ..

    The revived version never had the same level of participation so the
    reviver closed it down after polling the participants.
