    Ok,

    With the help (!) of Sudden Death, I was able to fix the message header issue.

    Whoever started the rumor that he can't code, is obviously wrong. Bunk!
    He's obviously very talented. Kudos, SD.

    In the structure file, there are several type definitions. I changed all of
    the message base records to "packed". And it works. :)

    the problem is Mark he is converting the bbs over to linux but using dosbox
    for the utilities he does not have the source for so to make the records
    match he had to use packrecords 1
