There are some holes in his theory, but my guess is that the coach gives them the identity info for someone who is deceased (or otherwise no
longer in the area) but who is still registered to vote.
Based on this old trick, I find it very, *very* questionable whenever *anyone* claims that going to *all* paper ballots is going to fix vote rigging. My opinion is it will just change the way it gets "fixed" but
it will still be quite broken.

People can steal ballots by impersonating people and the poll workers won't care one way or the other as long as they get paid for their work. And this state is the official dumping ground for illegal migrants :(

I just read about him, and I'm surprised to learn that he is a Republican. I think I'm also learning now that some states elect their SOS while others (like NY) just get stuck with whatever POS the governor/George chooses.
So it sounds like there is some separation between SOS & governor in Kentucky, and that's awesome. That's the way it should be in every state.
