    A list of questions:

    A:) I see a file - SBBS\EXEC\web\html\rss.ssjs that looks
like something usefull (at least I recognize the first
part RSS.) How might I get this to show up on the web page?

B:) Is there an EVENT.LOG or away to turn in on?

C:) How might I start a #channel on my IRC server.
IRC is ON in services.ini but when I go there (using Opera)
I can't get ON as there are no channels (This
    is prolly a simple one)

You could make a link to rss.ssjs. But strictly speaking, RSS is used for feeding new messages (e.g. announcements) to RSS news readers.

B:) Is there an EVENT.LOG or away to turn in on?

In Windows, the event log is displayed in the SBBSCTRL Window labeled "Events". It is not stored in a file.

    See docs/ircd.txt.

Right. I use Opera to read a few RSS feeds, I assumed rss.ssjs was for the purpose of generating a news feed for others to read.

B:) Is there an EVENT.LOG or away to turn it on?

In Windows, the event log is displayed in the SBBSCTRL Window labeled "Events". It is not stored in a file.

Anyway to have sync save it on disk?

Out of curiousity, I went to the CVS machine and got the latest
    versiion of RSS.SSJS.

My RSS problems were solved. That is the link from the main web page
    worked.

This may be of little use to most of you, but getting updated code is
of value to all of you. Check out CVS next time you have a problem,
chances are Rob or Duece may have already fixed it.

Ah, but you must also beware because the current nntpservice.js does not
work with the current downloadable build for Win32. (3.13a). So always
keep your old version backed up just in case. :)
