  • Web does not allow for posting on my BBS website side

    I am one again running into having to go to Incognito mode in Chrome to be able to post on the web side of The Dormouse. I was working on that system today trying to deal with a packet that SE is not properly handling. I could go back to a backup from yesterday in Timeshift to see if things go back. This was the same issue with the webv4 in Windows when you connected through whatthed.synchro.net in your browser.

    I just tried with Firefox and it works fine on the Macbook Air. Google needs to get it together.

    So, I take it there's a problem posting messages with the Synchronet web using Google Chrome?

    Also, are you using echicken's ecwebv4 interface or the old Runemaster web interface for Synchronet? Also have you tried on any other machines aside from a Macbook Air?

    Chrome is only intended to be used as bling on big trucks and nice cars :-P

    Stick with FireFox if it works for you ... it is not an webv4 or SBBS Web Server issue

    Well if you don't check messages again until the next day or so, I don't always remember what I had asked who.. I don't keep that stuff in the top of my mind. :)
