    For lack of a better term, I have a loop going on here and it is just in my netmail area only. What do I need to change?

    Hmm.. Squish is using topdown, so it would never reach your 'hold 1:17/23' ?

    Hmm.. Squish is using topdown, so it would never reach your 'hold
    1:17/23' ?

    Squish routing is done "exceptions first" (compared to FrontDoor/Intermail's "exceptions last" routing).
