Well I'm done with winserver I have had nothing but trouble with 7.0 and Im
not going to 8! I'll use 6.4 I really didn't see any real improvements with
7.0 anyways other than px. I have tried to get it to work had password
problems with px and wcreport has dll problems and I wanted to start over but with the aup update it doesn't save a copy of the updates to try again. And
I'm not going to do the aup again.

Hello Sam,

There are a few of us Sysops running v8.0 with PXW on a Windows 10 Pro 64 bit OS without any issues.

With PXW, your BBS password must be capital letters as PXW capitalizes all letters to capital.

With wcReport, a few sysops had issues with the install, it is just a matter
of running the update. Thomas Kloos had a issue installing from v8.0 CD, I beleive that has now been fixed.

If you change your mind then use the support site or contact one of us sysops running v8.0.

What are you using to fetch your mail and who is your hub for both? Also, what error messages area you getting?

Im using Irex229 hubs are fsx-21:4/100 survnet-9:91/1
I dont see any error messaged but i will investigate more.
I get fido fine but not fsx or survnet it maybe a settingas I have never
setup for any other Hubs on winserver just fido.

One thing to watch for with othernets is that your are using the proper @fidonet with your fidonet AKA and @fsxnet or @survnet for your othernets.

for example I am 1:153/757@fidonet and 21:3/107@fsxnet.
