From Ed Vance@1:2320/105 to Alan Zisman on Thursday, March 02, 2017 16:01:00
    Howdy Alan,
When I saw the message from Bill Gordon in the Classical Computer echo
asking for help with a Macintosh Classic computer he has, I thought
about Replying to him to come here to this Windows 95 echo for help
because You have given some help about MACs some time ago in here..

Or You could give Bill some help over in the Classical Computer echo.

There might be someone else who reads messages here that can help Bill.

Not me, mate. I'm writing to let you know that Alan's favourite BBS has recently closed down.

Also, I can say that Holger has had a particularly nasty accident. He's recovering well, and with vigor.

    All the best...

    Cheers,
    Paul.

    Hi! Ed,
    Howdy! Paul,

    Thanks! for the information.

I looked at some messages of Alan's that I saved and they came through
    the easternstar BBS.

I will contact Alan at www.zisman.ca to tell Him about the easternstar
if he doesn't already know it being down.

Hope Holger has a speedy recovery.

If he can telnet, he can always find another one of our boards to use.

Also, I can say that Holger has had a particularly nasty accident. He's recovering well, and with vigor.

Sorry to hear that. Hope he continues to recover well!

    Mike

I hate to to speak for other people but my impression is that Alan gave up such
alternatives last century. He used to be a solid NNTP user until a year ago, and has not been heard from since (I checked back through the echo).

Also, I can say that Holger has had a particularly nasty accident.
He's recovering well, and with vigor.

Hey... I'm just providing a snappy synopsis of what he told us in FN_Sysop, without giving away any secrets. ;)

    Cheers,
    Paul.

I'm following the physioterapists advices, as well as I can.

    Have a good night,
