• Automotive echo.

From Mark Hofmann@1:261/1304 to All on Monday, May 18, 2015 19:23:41

I have an interest in continuing Roy's moderated echo (AUTOMOTIVE). My goal is
simply to keep the echo alive with good conversation with no ulterior motives.

Was wondering what (if any) process there is to handle a situation like this? Thanks.

    Sounds reasonable to me.

I believe you would have to take over the elist entry from the former
moderator and just carry on. Ben Ritchey is likely who you would need to talk too.

Ok, thanks! Will find him in the nodelist and send him a netmail.

BTW, did you receive my netmail reply? Just wanted to make sure sending a netmail to a point is working properly. If not, please send me another netmail
and I will test with it.

    Thanks.

I believe his fido node is 1:396/68 and a pots node at /69. That's from memory.. don't quote me on that.. :)

I haven't seen one yet, no. I'll send a reply via netmail as well. Did you send it to /757.1?

I do believe the Elist keeper is at 1:1/21, if memory serves.

I think that's the automated node and being Mark doesn't have the password, not sure it's going to help. Getting Ben on his normal node would probably be better... but who knows... lol!
