HTC is down at the moment, looks like my cpu gave out.
So i'll be scouring Ebay for a new 939 Socket processor. :)

Why in the world would you want a 939 socket processor? That's like one of the only AMD processors that don't support virtualization!
Well, I just run the box stright and don't use virtualization. And
then it's also the only socket that will fit in my motherboard. Not really interested in a new system, just getting this one backup and running. It's still does the job nicely for what i use it for
anyways. :)

Ya, bad news is.. it's the motherboard and not the CPU.. damnnn.. Inspected a little closer and notice a capistor or two has busted.. I don't know if i want to grab a scrap board at my moms house, then try resoldering some replacesments.. didn't hae any luck the last time i tried. Hmm kinda cool to see my board is still up on ebay going for
60+.. not sure i want to spend that much on a new board.. Some other
ones are going for 40 or so.. decisions decisions..

Can't really go wrong to get your PC back up and running for $40-$60. Then
spend another $20 on rush delivery so you can get your shit back up and running! :)
I was totally kidding about the paying a ridiculous amount for rush delivery on a part that cheap. lol
Whats your processor again? You might even be able to find a new (and much faster) processor/MB combo for not much more than $60 if its an old setup. I think you said 939? Thats like 10+ years old, right?
You can get a 5400K AMD (dual core 3.6ghz), motherboard, and Radeon HD 7540D for $73 total right now on NewEgg! Prob beats the shit out of your old CPU/MB/GPU but I guess you'd need new memory too, at least.
Well make a decision and get HTC back up. I'm growing a beard waiting to log on again.;-)
