Gotta have LEGO(tm) :/ With all the concern for reducing
plastic for pacaking, some things like toy products and credit
    cards will still be produced.

They're dropping plastic bags, plastic straws and plastic cutlery by the end of 2022.

In BC? I haven't heard any definitive goals for Ontario.
Infact, I am poised to order more bags for my shop. Many
people come prepared and carry their own bags (whether they are
plastic grocery bags which can be reused many times, or the
fabric ones) ..it's still wise to have some bags on hand for
    those who don't have anything.

Plastic production just keeps expanding, and now is becoming a driving cause of climate change.

There is a factory a few klicks from me (https://plasticlegno.net/) which processes/recycles plastic into boards and beams for reuse.
I'm busy with my planning to build a hostel out of the stuff. Just doing some testing to see what the structural and load-bearing properties are.

I would bet that it is the increase in volcanic activity all
over the world that is actually warming up the outer planet and
    atmosphere and oceans. ;)

Looks like that stuff could make for great long-lasting
fencing, especially for the lateral pieces between posts.

I said nothing about the climate change, that was someone else, but the biggest influence on the climate is the activity of the sun.

Exactly. I'm most concerned with the moisture and UV resistance and the fact that there is no cellulose to attract all the various pests..
